Growing up in Southern California, dim sum, known as 點心 or "touch the heart" in Chinese, was more than just a meal. It was a cherished tradition. Weekends often involved picking up dim sum, enjoying lunch together, and then riding bikes around the local park in the San Gabriel Valley. Now, as adults, we aim to pass on this joy to the next generation.

However, times have changed. Dim sum has evolved. We recently discovered the magic of character baos — steamed buns shaped like adorable bears and bunnies that captured children's hearts. Yet, these treats were hard to come by. Few restaurants attempted them, and even fewer mastered them.

Determined to spread the joy of character baos to families everywhere, we embarked on an exciting adventure. Our mission? To make character steamed buns available to all. Thus, we decided to turn these culinary delights into ready-to-steam frozen character baos that could be enjoyed by kids and grown-ups alike.

At Little Bao Club, quality is our top priority. We take pride in using only natural ingredients and 100% plant-based food coloring. And when it comes to design, we're perfectionists. Every bao is meticulously hand-decorated with care, ensuring that each one is as delightful to look at as it is to eat.

Our journey wasn't without its challenges. There were late nights, countless setbacks, and a handful of kitchen mishaps along the way. Yet, through it all, we're overjoyed to share something we're truly proud of with the world.
